Account and Login

I didn't receive my verification code.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and request a new code. Make sure you entered your email correctly. If the problem persists, contact us.

How do I delete my account?
Send an email to hello@earnapp.xyz with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm once your data has been removed.

App and Challenges

The app isn't blocking the right apps.
Ensure you've granted Earn the necessary permissions in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Screen Time → See All Activity (or App Limits) and verify Earn has access. If you're still having trouble, contact us with your device details.

I completed a challenge but didn't get credit.
Credits are awarded when you answer correctly. If you believe you were credited incorrectly, please contact us with the challenge and your response so we can look into it.
